Micheal and I went to Brew School on Friday. It was really enjoyable - along with the free brew. We learned how to use the Siphon, Cimex and Pour-over methods of making coffee. We also got some good tips to making coffee. We use the Areopress method - which is the cheapest and something between a french press and pour over method. Here are some pics.
