Kamloops

We are in Kamloops today and tonight. The kids are having a great time at the hotel we are staying at. They kept saying, "it has beds... and lamps. It has a tub. This is so awesome!" As if we dont have these things at home. They actually have fond memories of almost a year ago when we lived at a motel for 4 weeks (whenever we drive past that motel - they point it out like it is our old house or something:).  The reason we are in Kamloops is because I wanted to go to the Farm 2 Chef Food Thompson-Shuswap Chef Farm Food Festival here today. It was my first food fest and it was really enjoyable. It was on a small farm in a scenic part of Kamloops and we enjoyed some really original meals. I will post pics soon.
