Waves

I didn't want to open my eyes this morning. I know that it's the last day I will wake to my billowing alarm clock -the waves of the Pacific trashing on the lava rocks. It's our last day in Hawaii. What should we do? Yesterday we found the coolest beach it has whales breaching, 16 turtles washed up on shore sun bathing for the kids to examine, shallow water, sand for leo, bathrooms and showers, sea holes, trees to climb and shade for Kevin. The beach is surrounded by homes worth, 20 million, or so I am told. We even had to get a special pass to get in - which we could do because beaches are public in Hawaii. It was very pristine and empty. So I think we may go back there today because t is near the airport. Well better get packing!

  1. Wow, what a great holiday this has been! Everyone has looked so thrilled with all the things they have discovered. Are you bringing home the surfboard? Or any other souvenirs?
